It's Wednesday! That means it's time to link up with The Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday and share a couple of my outfits from the last week.
And it's the 4th of July! I hope you all have a fun, safe holiday!
I decided to pose by the (little) chicken coop. I just noticed the light pattern by my left boot looks like a chicken, too! Kind of a demonic chicken, but a chicken nonetheless. Does anyone else see that?
Anyway,
I wore a Forever21 dress with white tights that I bought from Costco. I also wore my brown zip-up boots from Target.
When I took these next pictures, Liam really wanted to be part of it- and I'm so glad he did! His little smile always makes me happy!
My blouse is from Ross a few years ago. My jeggings are from Target, as are my sunglasses. I made the fabric flower in my hair and my red kitten heels are thrifted.
Oh, and my bracelet is from a set from Forever21!
My goal for next week is to take pictures on three days, instead of two. My sister is coming for her yearly visit from Texas with my niece tomorrow, so we have lots of fun stuff planned for me to get a little dressed up for. We're even heading out to the coast to stay at the beach with my entire family for a few days! I cannot wait to be by the ocean and be able to wear some of my cold-weather clothes.

You look great, Laura. Enjoy your visit with your sister.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kimberly! I'm starting to enjoy clothes again, which is a very good thing :) And thank you, I'm so excited to see my sister and niece!
DeleteSuch a cute dress! You look adorable! Have a great 4th!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Janae! I've had it for a while and finally put it "in rotation." Hope you have a great 4th, too!
DeleteI totally see the chicken! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look so darling with the dress and boots; the perfect homesteader outfit with the chicken coop!
Yes! You see the chicken, too! I was waiting for someone else to see it, too :) And thank you, what a sweet comment.
DeleteI actually thought it was some kind of chicken statue at first! How funny. I really like your style! Your outfits are great- the shoes on the second outfit are my favorite! Feel free to stop by my blog anytime- I host a weekly link party called "This Week the Trend" that I'd love for you to join and I'm currently offering free ad space! I hope you have a great week!
