Please don't think that I don't care about my blog and my readers. I love blogging, but, trust me when I say I needed to take a step back from something in my life for a while. Finals are about 2 weeks away, and I have papers to write, a speech to give, tests to study for, a poster project to finish and just make it to school twice a week. And, of course, I'm busy every second of the day with the kids.
Everything is good, I've been taking lots of pictures and as soon as school is over I will be right back to my daily posts. Although, I should be able to get my act together and actually post sometimes, right?!
And on a sidenote, I scored tickets to see Kevin Bacon in his rock band with his brother, "The Bacon Brothers". They were awesome tickets, third row center, and the concert was amazing. I was so not aware of what a talented musician he is. And he totally danced, and I was like "Oh my gosh, Footloose!" And then we danced right in front of the stage and I was five feet away from Kevin Bacon for like a half an hour. And I walked away with this question swirling around in my mind, "Were skinny jeans made for Kevin Bacon or was Kevin Bacon made for skinny jeans?" 'Cause, man, he made them look good. Just saying.
